I recently made an outstanding purchase at the local bookstore--Zombie Haiku by Ryan Mecum.

Ever since, I have been trying to write some of my own zombie haiku poetry. Here are a couple of my own:


Eating peoples’ brains
instead of cookies and milk,
Santa’s a zombie.

So delectable.
Tasty and full of texture.
Mmm, brains. Nom, nom, nom.

People tend to say
beauty is only skin deep.
I like your insides.
