Constant Comment
I've been sick the past couple of days--the usual sore throat and stuffy nose. I've been drinking Constant Comment tea to help soothe my scratchy throat, and it has helped quite a bit. Not only that, I have been enjoying the delicious flavor. According to Bigelow Constant Comment's website, the tea is made from orange rinds and sweet spices.

Mmm, Brians!
I recently made an outstanding purchase at the local bookstore--Zombie Haiku by Ryan Mecum.

It's witty and funny and creative. I'm a fan. Check out the video promoting the book:
You can find this video clip and other cool stuff on the book's website: http://www.zombiehaiku.com/
Ever since, I have been trying to write some of my own zombie haiku poetry. Here are a couple of my own:
Eating peoples’ brains
instead of cookies and milk,
Santa’s a zombie.
So delectable.
Tasty and full of texture.
Mmm, brains. Nom, nom, nom.
People tend to say
beauty is only skin deep.
I like your insides.

Pearls Before Swine
I found this comic strip years ago. I found it so humorous, partially because it's so realistic and correct, that I have been saving it ever since.
It annoyed me that I couldn't find this particular comic strip in Pearls Before Swine's online archive. I broke down, stopped being lazy, and took the time to scan it in. I'm happy I did, because now I'll have a digital copy even when the real one fades away.
